Looks like we kick off the House Concert season on May 20. Open to members, family and invited guests. Typically a small fee is collected for the band, BYOB, and dishes to share. Own chair and pop up canopy are encouraged but there is always enough room and extras if you don’t.
Schedule is subject to change but I would get your calendar and pencil out now!

Highlights
– Wear your green, we’re celebrating St. Patty’s Day with fun games, live bagpipe music, and pizza provided by your club! – Time to clean out the shelves and donate those books. Bring used books to the March meeting. – There will be Friendship Fund goodies for sale! – A fun game to play with old phriends and new.
New location for this month only, then in April we go back to Another Round in Downers Grove VFW Hall 3S371 Mignin Dr Warrenville, IL (this is where our 30th bday bash is going to be held)
6:15 pm Door open 6:30-7:30 pizza is served 7:30 short business meeting then on to the fun!

Come join us for a fun night at the Chicago Wolves vs Tuscon Roadrunners Game. We will meet at 5 PM before the game, across the street from the arena, to help make blankets for the homeless as part of the Wolves Faith and Fellowship night. Then stick around for the game at 7 PM wearing your Parrotthead Best attire. Tickets are only $24 and this is a Keet friendly event. So bring the whole family! Details on how to purchase tickets will be sent out soon.
It’s that time already – CLUB Meeting February 15 at Another Round Bar and Grill. This month we are additionally collecting gently used Hawaiian shirts to donate to Misericordia. Why you ask? The shirts are used by the kitchen team as aprons and chef’s jackets. A great way to brighten some days and spread the Parrothead message! Did you know that Miseracordia runs a bakery, a sweetshoppe and a restaurant for the public besides their own kitchen for their guests. Your PARROTHEAD Club NEEDs YOU! December 17, 2022 – 9:30 AM Sharp We will be going to the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery to honor the memory of our veterans. How? There is an 11am ceremony in the cemetery followed by volunteering with Wreaths Across America to place wreaths on their graves while saying their name so that they are never forgotten. The Plan – we will *meet at 9:30 AM at the Silver Dollar* Restaurant, 422 E Mississippi Ave Elwood, IL 60421. This is just up the road from the staging area and will give us a chance to group together. At 9:45 AM we will head over to the staging area – Allied Nursery & Landscaping 3197 S Chicago St Joliet, IL 60436. From there we will be bussed over to Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery for the 11 AM ceremony, followed by wreath placement. After we finish at the cemetery we will head over to MyGrain Brewing Co. at 50 E. Jefferson St. STE 106 Joliet, IL 60432 in Downtown Joliet, next to the train station.
